American healthy food brand, Gold Mine Natural Food introduced Kimchi juice and is currently very popular on Amazon. It is 17$ for a bottle and certified organic, vegan and kosher. The kimchi juice is also handmade and aged in ceramic crocks, just like Korean style kimchi. The juice contains fermented Organic Napa Cabbage, Carrot, Scallion, Garlic, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper and Chili Pepper that are all organic but it does not have the fish sauce and shrimp sauce that are commonly found in traditional kimchi. The site says the organic kimchi juice has punchy and umami flavor. It is also rich in vitamins, lactobacillus and probiotic bacteria that help digestion. The reviews of the juice are excellent and positive. People said that it is tasty buy not too spicy. Some even said that it definitely helps their digestions.
